The party begins with appetizers & holiday punch at
6:45 pm in our regular meeting room at Northridge United Methodist Church - 9650 Reseda
Blvd, Northridge, CA 91324
Guests are always welcome at our meetings and events
however our annual Holiday Party in December requires a prepaid reservation in
advance.

December 2018 Holiday Program:
“Geodes from
Around the World”
Presented
by: Chris Ward-President
Join us for an informative power
point presentation designed to educate us in how geodes form, where to find
them and the best ways to open them. We will cover many of the most popular
geodes and the locations they come from. When the presentation is over,
everyone will get their very own unopened Moroccan geode and you can join club Vice
President Jeff Dengrove and club Federation Director Bob Knox on the patio outside
our meeting room where they will show you how to open your geode utilizing the
ever famous “sock method”.
