October 2018 Program:                              Del Air’s Annual Silent Auction
Presented by the Board of Directors
Our silent auction is really many auctions until everything gets a bid and someone takes it home. Bidding starts at 25 cents on most items and goes up by 25 cents or more. When the timer rings, the last name on the list gets the item and pays the club treasurer.

We are very limited in our ability to make change so PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE bring your quarters, $1.00 & $5.00 bills to make it easy on everyone.

We will have a ‘KIDS ONLY’ table to for all our Pebble Pups. We will also have many higher end items this year due to generous donations made by past and recently deceased members estates. There will also be an extended auction table for some items that start higher than 25 cents. This table will go out at the beginning of the auctions but will actually be the very last auction of the evening. Not only rocks are on the tables; there can be items that are used in our hobby as well as baked goods & homemade items. ALL VERY NICE ITEMS YOU WILL WANT TO BID ON!
This is always a lot of fun for everyone and remember - KEEP YOUR PENCIL HANDY, BECAUSE SOMEONE MAY PUT A HIGHER BID ON TOP OF YOURS!
Emmy Silverman – Program Director
