The festivities begin at 6:45
pm in our regular meeting room at:
2015 Holiday Party Theme: “NASA’s Outer
Space”
For those who have already
reserved their dinner, the pre-party festivities will begin at 6:45 pm with
dinner being served at 7:30 pm. For those who did not reserve a dinner, the
presentation will begin around 8:45 pm should you wish to attend.

The Del Air
Rockhounds Club is extremely proud to welcome back long time club friend and supporter
Neil Mottinger from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratories in Pasadena, CA. Neil
will be giving a talk and video presentation catching us up on the Mars Rover Curiosity
as well as the exciting flyby of the Dwarf Planet Pluto and station keeping
with Comet 67P/Churyumov–Gerasimenko. It has been almost three years since Neil
was last here with us and there is much for him to report on. Neil will be
bringing actual props from NASA to help illustrate his presentation. An
informative and entertaining presentation not to be missed!
